A Cleaner Yard in 3 Easy Steps
1. Request a Quote
Tell me your ZIP code, number of dogs, approximate yard size, and whether you prefer weekly or biweekly service.
2. Get Your Service Day
Recurring service days are assigned based on location and route efficiency. This helps keep service dependable and pricing reasonable.
3. Enjoy Your Yard
I remove the pet waste, securely bag it, place it in your outdoor trash bin, make sure the gate is closed, and send you a service confirmation.
Professional Care From Yard to Yard
Clean Equipment
Pet-waste tools and work footwear are cleaned and disinfected between properties using a consistent sanitation procedure to help reduce cross-contamination.
Gate Check
Your gate is checked and securely closed before I leave. When appropriate, your service confirmation can include a photo of the secured gate.

Pet Care by Cynthia is bonded, insured, and background checked, providing additional peace of mind while I'm servicing your property.
Safety Comes First
Pets should remain indoors during service unless arrangements have been made in advance.

The Domain • North Austin • Wells Branch • Round Rock • Pflugerville
Service is generally available within approximately 10–15 miles of Wells Branch / 78728, depending on route availability.
A Few Things That Help Service Run Smoothly
Yard Access
Please provide safe, unobstructed access to the backyard on your scheduled service day. Locked gates or inaccessible yards may result in the scheduled visit being charged.
Pets During Service
For everyone's safety, pets should remain indoors during service unless arrangements have been made in advance.
Arrival Times
Visits are completed during your scheduled service day rather than at a guaranteed arrival time. This allows flexibility for traffic, weather, route changes, and the needs of other clients.
Weather & Safety
Service may be delayed or rescheduled because of rain, lightning, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions. You'll be notified as soon as possible if your service day needs to change.
Schedule Changes
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to skip or reschedule a recurring visit. Recurring plans are billed at a fixed monthly rate. Client-requested skipped visits do not reduce the monthly subscription unless otherwise agreed in advance.
My Satisfaction Promise
If you notice an area was missed, contact me within 24 hours of service and I’ll arrange to address it at no additional charge.
Simple, fair, and reassuring.
